CSG brings a pragmatic approach to the financing of Capital Expenditure for all our clients that is based in the changed environment of the post-recession and meets the similarly changed needs of our clients. This innovative approach has enabled CSG to devise and roll out dedicated financing programmes in support of vendors competing in the green technologies space.

By using a consultative process CSG is able to manage expenditure in traditionally difficult areas from IT to software and office refurbishment to telecoms. In each area we will bring a level of innovation rarely seen in this industry which delivers real world benefits to vendors and customers alike.

Now in out tenth year and with a combined management talent base of over 50 years experience, our success whilst helping our customers succeed has seen CSG placed three times consecutively in the Virgin Sunday Times Fast Track 100 listing of the fastest growing private companies, whilst our now board director, Bill Tadden was voted Non Executive Director of the Year (Private company) for 2009 in recognition of his assistance in CSG’s success.

Management Team

The management team has extensive experience totalling over 100 years in the asset finance and asset management industry.

David Jackson – Managing Director. Worked his way up to Sales Director of a national lessor prior to establishing and growing his first asset finance business in 1990 before selling to a Nasdaq quoted US Bank.

David Established CSG in 2000 to match a demand for a more consultative approach in the middle market for the financing of technology assets and software. David continues as a “Hands On Director” setting strategy for CSG and on the way guiding the Company to three consecutive entries in the Virgin Sunday times Fasttrack 100 listing, www.fasttrack.co.uk, and the development of the revolutionary telecoms finance product; Nexus Telco.

Bill Tadden – Vendor Programmes Director. Previously MD of Hamilton Rentals (now Compel), MD of Leasetec (now Key Equipment Finance). Subsequently acted as consultant at board level in numerous international leasing organisations. Bill develops strategic vendor relationships and has been the architect of the CSG Managed Services Financing programme.

Bill was voted Non-Executive Director of the year (Unlisted – Private Equity Backed)in February 2010 in the NED Awards sponsored by KBC Peel Hunt, 3i and The Sunday Times. www.nedawards.co.uk

Verne Ringshall – Credit Director. Verne has extensive experience developing back office systems for UK leasing businesses and has managed CSG’s sizeable book of receivables and assets for ten years. She has been widely acknowledged in the industry as one of the most knowledgeable practitioners in this area and has developed CSG’s intra CRM system and it’s Capital Manager vendor/customer portal.

Paul Barker – Business Development Director. Following a sound grounding with various National finance companies, Paul founded his own leasing business in the mid 90’s. Paul was enticed to CSG as it allowed him to better develop his ambitions in the Technology and Environmental finance areas and he now manages the National field sales force and has special responsibility for developing Green Technology programmes.
